Property Today is a boutique real estate agency based within 'Holbrook house' on Sugar Road, Maroochydore that specialise exclusively in the marketing and selling of properties on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. Jamie Holbrook is the founder and licensed principal of Property Today. Jamie’s extensive real estate career started back in 1991 within his Sunshine Coast’s family building company, Holbrook homes, and he more recently dedicated 7 years in Mooloolaba exclusively selling waterfront and beachfront properties.

We were very particular about whom we would choose to list our home in this very difficult economic time (the GFC and falling real estate prices). We interviewed 4 potential agents who were each the strongest of their agency in our area. Serg was the only one who not only actively chased the listing but backed up his interview with research, knowledge and experience. You cannot discount his 15 years of experience in the market.
After choosing Serg to list our property, we can honestly say that we’ve never had an agent work harder to meet the needs of the seller. He doesn’t believe in listing the reason for the sale (which only invites fire-sale offers), he works hours to add thousands to the vendor’s bid (if it’s there) meaning very little commission for him but much more in your pocket and we feel that he went the distance to achieve a sale price for us that privately, we both thought was not quite attainable. And not once did he ask us what our lowest acceptable price would be. He believed in his pricing and strategy that much!
Don’t you want an agent who is that devoted to you? All selling agents claim to be working strictly for the seller but there are lots of signals that they’re not – they’re playing both ends of the market.
Without any reservation whatsoever, we would recommend that you choose Serg Gubecka to be your first and only selling agent and to listen to his advice about pricing and presentation, he does know what he is talking about.
